Selections for School Games Federation – District Level Chess Selection at RR District,
DAV Cluster Level Chess Championship-2023 at Hyderabad,
CBSE South Zone Chess Championship 2023 at Chennai.

NOTE: This Selection trail is only for BPDAV School Students, those who represent BPDAV School in the below category tournaments 

Categories of Selection tails :

1. School Games Federation of INDIA District Level Chess Championship 2023-2024:
   a. Under 11  B&G SGF District Level Selection (Eligibility to participate in U/11 Yrs. (B&G) Age Group born on or after 1-1-2013 and below 5th class).
   b. Under 14 B&G SGF District Level Selection (Eligibility to participate in U/14 Yrs. (B&G) Age Group born on or after 1-1-2010 and below 8th class).
   c  Under 17 B&G SGF District Level Selection (Eligibility to participate in U/17 Yrs. (B&G) Age Group born on or after 1-1-2007 and below 10th class).
2. DAV Cluster Level Championship 2023-2024:
   a. Under 19 – (Eligibility to participate in U/19 Yrs. (B&G) Age Group born on or after 1-1-2005 and below 12th class).
3. CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION South Zone CHESS Championship 2023-24
   a. Under 11 years: Born on or after 01.01.2013
   b. Under 14 years: Born on or after 01.01.2010
   c. Under 17 years: Born on or after 01.01.2007

Rules & Regulation of the Selection Trails:

• Entries should reach on or before 2nd Sept 2023.
• Players should report at the venue by 9:00 AM IST on 3rd Sept 2023.
• The tournament will be held in the Swiss league with the latest tiebreakers.
• Time Control of Each Round  15 Mints +10 Sec Time Control.
  
• Players should bring their own chess set.
• Players should bring their lunchbox. 
• All Players can play all the rounds whether they win or lose.
• All Participants will get the Participant Certificates  and winners will get Medals.
